Sent in my absentee ballostt, on which I proudly cast my vote for the Ron Paul-endorsed Constitution Party candidate for President of the United States, Chuck Baldwin.

Baldwin was the only Constitution Party candidate on the ballot here in Manatee County, which is not surprising given that there are only about 14 registered Constitution Party voters here. Going to have to work on that… may have to break the ice in 2010 and run for a local office (or at least find someone to run).

If either the global fascist McCain or the global socialist Obama wins next month, it’s a pretty safe bet that by time for the midterm elections that a lot of people will be fed-up with the Republicrats- hopefully they’ll finally be angry enough to take up their torches and pitchforks and take the Country back from the elitists and special interests who have hijacked it.

Had some relatives in town for the past week, so my posts were non-extant. Will be catching up on some things over the next couple days…

I should have known better, and I should have stayed home. My cousin is a Jags fan, so a bunch of us got together to watch the game and quaff down a few pints of ale. It had been a tough week, and I was looking forward to the three hours respite that Sunday Night Football brings- even if it is on NBC. I have not seen a Sunday night game all season- since they put Kookout Keith on the pregame broadcast. I knew eventually the bloviating blowhard would be able to keep his personal politics out of my football game, and, last night, he proved me right. His thinly-veiled shot at Governor Palin ruined what should have been an entertaining game.

I remember way back to the Carter years, when Roger Staubach was vilified for a remark he made about the peanut farmer- but I expect nothing of the sort heading the way of the fat fasist Olbermussolini.

There’s a reason why NBC stands for “Nothing But Crap.” I’m done with the Obama Propaganda Network.

Keith Olbermann- the mutant love child of Himmler and Bagdad Bob.

You’re not going to hear this from McCain or Obama- primarily because they have no understanding of Capitalism. They are both advocates of big government and massive spending, and neither seems to have a problem with the creatio ex nihilo doctrine concerning money and credit.

Chuck Baldwin is the only candidate that “gets it.” Amnesty John and B. Hussein won’t do anything to correct the problems- on the contrary, they will only exacerbate the situation with trillions in new spending, higher taxes, and bigger and more intrusive government. If you truly want to see a change for the better, then your only choice in November is to vote for the only true change agent in the field- Chuck Baldwin.

—————————————————–

NO AMNESTY FOR WALL STREET

By Chuck Baldwin
September 26, 2008
NewsWithViews.com

At the time of this writing, the U.S. House and Senate are poised to pass a $700 billion bailout to Wall Street. At the behest of President George W. Bush, the U.S. taxpayers are going to be on the hook for what can only be referred to as the biggest fraud in U.S. history.

Virtually our entire financial system is based on an illusion. We spend more than we earn, we consume more than we produce, we borrow more than we save, and we cling to the fantasy that this can go on forever. The glue that holds this crumbling scheme together is a fiat currency known as the Federal Reserve Note, which was created out of thin air by an international banking cartel called the Federal Reserve.

According to Congressman Ron Paul, in the last three years, the Federal Reserve has created over $4 trillion in new money. The result of all this “money-out-of-thin-air” fraud is never-ending inflation. And the more prices rise, the more the dollar collapses. Folks, this is not sustainable.

Already, Bear Stearns was awarded a $29 billion bailout, followed quickly by the bailout of Freddie and Fannie that will cost the taxpayers up to $200 billion. Then the Fed announced the bailout of AIG to the tune of $85 billion. Mind you, AIG is an enormous global entity with assets totaling more than $1.1 trillion. Moreover, the Feds agreed to pump $180 billion into global money markets. And the Treasury Department promised $50 billion to insure the holdings of money market mutual funds for a year. Now, taxpayers are being asked to provide $700 billion to Wall Street. (I hope readers are aware that, not only will American banks be bailed out, but foreign banks will also be bailed out. Then again, at least half of the Federal Reserve is comprised of foreign banks, anyway.) In other words, the Federal Reserve is preparing to spend upwards of $1 trillion or more. Remember again, this is fiat money, meaning it is money printed out of thin air.

All of this began when the U.S. Congress abrogated its responsibility to maintain sound money principles on behalf of the American people (as required by the Constitution) and created the Federal Reserve. This took place in 1913. The President was Woodrow Wilson. (I strongly encourage readers to buy G. Edward Griffin’s book, The Creature from Jekyll Island.) Since then, the U.S. economy has suffered through one Great Depression and several recessions–all of which have been orchestrated by this international banking cartel. Now, we are facing total economic collapse.

But don’t worry: the international bankers will lose nothing–not even their bonuses. They will maintain their mansions, yachts, private jets, and Swiss bank accounts. No matter how bad it gets on Main Street, the banksters on Wall Street will still have the best of it–President Bush and the Congress will make sure of that. This is one thing Republicans and Democrats can agree on.

America’s founders were rightfully skeptical of granting too much power to bankers. Thomas Jefferson said, “If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered.”

Jefferson also believed that “banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies; and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale.”

Daniel Webster warned, “Of all the contrivances for cheating the laboring classes of mankind, none has been more effectual than that which deludes them with paper money.”

Webster also said, “We are in danger of being overwhelmed with irredeemable paper, mere paper, representing not gold nor silver; no, Sir, representing nothing but broken promises, bad faith, bankrupt corporations, cheated creditors, and a ruined people.”

Our first and greatest President George Washington said, “Paper money has had the effect in your State [Rhode Island] that it ever will have, to ruin commerce–oppress the honest, and open the door to every species of fraud and injustice.”

If George W. Bush, John McCain, or Barack Obama had any honesty and integrity, they would approach the current banking malady in much the same way that President Andrew Jackson did. In discussing the Bank Renewal bill with a delegation of bankers in 1832, Jackson said, “Gentlemen, I have had men watching you for a long time, and I am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter, I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the eternal God, I will rout you out.”

What President Andrew Jackson said to the bankers in 1832 is exactly what an American President should say to these criminal international bankers today. But what George Bush, John McCain, and Barack Obama want to do is provide amnesty for the international bankers, just as they want to provide amnesty for illegal aliens. I say, No amnesty for Wall Street, and no amnesty for illegal aliens, either. Instead of sending these banksters on extended vacations to the Bahamas with millions of taxpayer dollars in their pockets, we should be sending them straight to jail!

The only way to fix this economic mess that the international bankers have created is to return America to sound money principles, as prescribed in the U.S. Constitution. This means dismantling the Federal Reserve and the Internal Revenue Service, overturning the 16th Amendment and the personal income tax, and returning the American monetary system to hard assets: gold and silver. Anything short of this will only delay and worsen the inevitable collapse that has already begun

From the Campaign for Liberty blog:

The Libertarian Party Candidate admonished me for “remaining neutral” in the presidential race and not stating whom I will vote for in November. It’s true; I have done exactly that due to my respect and friendship and support from both the Constitution and Libertarian Party members. I remain a lifetime member of the Libertarian Party and I’m a ten-term Republican Congressman. It is not against the law to participate in more then one political party. Chuck Baldwin has been a friend and was an active supporter in the presidential campaign.

I continue to wish the Libertarian and Constitution Parties well. The more votes they get, the better. I have attended Libertarian Party conventions frequently over the years.

In some states, one can be on the ballots of two parties, as they can in New York. This is good and attacks the monopoly control of politics by Republicans and Democrats. We need more states to permit this option. This will be a good project for the Campaign for Liberty, along with the alliance we are building to change the process.

I’ve thought about the unsolicited advice from the Libertarian Party candidate, and he has convinced me to reject my neutral stance in the November election. I’m supporting Chuck Baldwin, the Constitution Party candidate.

According to Politico.comMcCain, Obama, and Biden will all be no-shows for the pending bailout vote this week.

Congress is poised to vote on the biggest government intervention in the financial markets since the Great Depression, but it’s unlikely that any of the three senators vying for the White House will be there – even though all three have talked of little else for over a week.

Sen. John McCain (R- Ariz.) has no plans to return to Washington this week, even though on Monday he expressed discomfort with Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson’s trillion-dollar bailout plan and has offered his own rescue proposal.

“Sen. McCain is monitoring the situation closely,” said campaign co-manager Steve Schmidt on a conference call Monday. “We will see how this unfolds this week.”

McCain “retains his rights to evaluate it as it goes along and make a final decision,” said co-manager Rick Davis.

Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) also looks like a no-show.

Senior Obama strategist Robert Gibbs said the campaign would be monitoring the process as it unfolds this week, but as of Monday, the campaign would not commit to Obama making the trip back to Washington – even though the bailout proposal has taken a central role in Obama’s stump speeches.

“It’s safe to say people will know where we are,” Gibbs said.

Sen. Joe Biden (D-Del.), Obama’s vice presidential running mate, is also “monitoring” the bailout situation, said spokesman David Wade, calling the rescue legislation “a critical issue.”

Just shows all of them are only interested in bloviating to get elected. There’s not a damn one of them willing to cast a vote in this matter, since, by not doing so, they can see which way the popular winds blow, then claim that was the way they believed all along.

Truth is, none of these idiots has held a private sector job in decades- none of them know the cost of a loaf of bread or a gallon of milk. None of them knows a thing about the economy- except how to further destroy it.

The deadly web of tyranny that is the New World Order grows, as the Rothschilds and Bank of China reach agreement for BOC to buy 20% of the French branch of the Rothschild banking tree.

The Financial Times is reporting,

Bank of China, the world’s fifth largest bank, is to take a 20 per cent stake in La Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild, the family-held asset management and private banking business.

The move signals that, in spite of the financial crisis, Chinese institutions are willing to invest in western banks.

The Shanghai and Hong Kong-listed commercial bank will pay €236.3m ($341m) for the stake in the French arm of the La Compagnie Financière, which was created in 1953 by Edmond de Rothschild and has been chaired by his son Benjamin de Rothschild since 1997.

It is the first strategic investment by a leading Chinese bank in the eurozone. The deal will allow Rothschild to tap into a fast-growing class of wealthy Chinese, while providing Bank of China with financial services products to sell to increasingly sophisticated Chinese investors.

The Financial Times also made note of the fact that “LCF Edmond de Rothschild manages €30bn of assets. It is also active in mergers and acquisitions services, mostly focusing on mid-cap companies in France. It has operations in Italy, Israel and China and said it was also looking to expand in Chile and Russia.”

Remember, a prominent member of the Rothschild family cartel just came out in support of John McCain.

(First, props to Ted Nugent for the term “Fedzilla”)

According to Webster’s. tyranny may be defined as 2(a) a government in which absolute power is vested in a single ruler; one characteristic of an ancient Greek city-state; (b) the office, authority, and administration of a tyrant.

In the instance of Bush’s proposed bailout, the shoe fits- it is tyranny of the highest order.

According to the proposal, the Feds will basically be able to do as they will (emphasis mine):

Treasury Seeks Asset-Buying Power Unchecked by Courts (Update2)
By Alison Fitzgerald and John Brinsley

Sept. 21 (Bloomberg) — The Bush administration sought unchecked power from Congress to buy $700 billion in bad mortgage investments from financial companies in what would be an unprecedented government intrusion into the markets.

Through his plan, Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson aims to avert a credit freeze that would bring the financial system and the world’s largest economy to a standstill. The bill would prevent courts from reviewing actions taken under its authority.

“He’s asking for a huge amount of power,” said Nouriel Roubini, an economist at New York University. “He’s saying, `Trust me, I’m going to do it right if you give me absolute control.’ This is not a monarchy.”

As congressional aides and officials scrutinized the proposal, the Treasury late yesterday clarified the types of assets it would purchase. Paulson would have authority to buy home loans, mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage- related assets and, after consultation with the Federal Reserve chairman, “other assets, as deemed necessary to effectively stabilize financial markets,” the Treasury said in a statement.

The Treasury would also have discretion, after discussions with the Fed, to make non-U.S. financial institutions eligible under the program.

The plan would raise the ceiling on the national debt and spend as much as the combined annual budgets of the Departments of Defense, Education and Health and Human Services. Paulson is asking for the power to hire asset managers and award contracts to private companies. Most provisions of the proposal expire after two years from the date of enactment.

(Read the rest at Bloomberg.com)

It’s all bad, but two things stand out as particularly troubling:

“Other assets.” What exactly does this mean? Is there anything in the proposal that would safeguard US taxpayers from Paulson using this vague and undefined term to buy anything he desires? It seems that, acting in cahoots with the Federal Reserve, all he would have to do is say, for example, that the steel industry is causing turmoil in financial markets, and the government could buy their assets.

“The bill would prevent courts from reviewing actions taken under its authority.” This means the US taxpayer would have no legal recourse to challenge anything Paulson decided to do. According to the provisions of the plan, if Paulson decided to bail out a foreign bank, no citizen could sue to stop it.

Does this qualify as tyranny? Well, Paulson would have virtually unchecked authority to act- meaning he would have absolute power. By definition, this is tyranny- and your congressmen and Senators are lining up to support the plan.

Things will get only worse under either Obama or McCain, as both are champions of both Fedzilla and the Federal Reserve, and would do nothing to reign them in (or, in the case of the FR, get rid of it). A vote for either of them is a vote for tyranny.

The massive trillion-dollar bailout will prove just the tip of the iceberg.

—————————————————–

Excerpts from an interview with Ron Paul on The Home Front by Luke Mullins of US News and World Report:

What’s your take on this huge financial bailout?
“It’s more of the same. More debt and more inflation and more pressure on the dollar. Ultimately, although the markets are responding very favorably at the moment, I think it is going to be devastating to the dollar and to our financial situation in this country.”

So you think the government should not have bailed out an y companies during this crisis?
“That would have been the best thing. It would have been painful, but housing prices would have come down sharper and faster, and it would have been over by now. But this whole idea of price fixing—that’s what they are doing—has been trying to keep housing prices up and trying to stimulate home building. Well, if you have 100 percent more homes than the market really wants, you can’t keep prices up and you can’t stimulate home building. If the prices go down, then people will go out and buy homes again. So they should allow the liquidation of debt.

Before the Depression, [the government] generally allowed these kinds of problems to unwind. They were very severe. They would last six months or a year—a lot of liquidation of debt would be wiped off the books. And then it would go back to work again. What we’ve been doing now—especially since 1971—is preventing the real liquidation of the malinvestmentand the excess of debt . . . If this process continues, we’re going to own General Motors and Ford, then we will have to own the airlines. We are socializing our country without even a vote by the Congress. It’s a horrible situation.”

Will this bailout stabilize the crisis?
“I personally don’t think so. It might be temporary, but no, there is much more involved. I mean, we are talking about trying to unwind trillions of dollars of derivatives . . . You have to get rid of all that stuff.”

Will this bailout be the last?
“No, no. This won’t be the last one. There will be something else later on. But that doesn’t mean you might not have a few months of a reprieve. But it will continue.”

Will we have to bail out the auto makers?
“Oh I think so. We are not going to let them fail. Our policy is such that everybody gets bailed out. It’s like a drug addict, they’ve got to take their fix. It’s too tough getting off these drugs. And the drug here is easy credit.

———————————————————–
It’s time people realize that the drug of easy credit (I prefer the term “easy debt”) is doing far more damage to our country than all the “terrorists” in the world combined. If current trends continue, the United States will fall without a shot being fired- foreign banks controlled by the Rothschilds cartel and foreign governments (under the direction of the Bilderbergs, et al, and funded by all the money we’re giving them for their oil) will keep funding out debt and buying up all our infrastructure until there is nothing “American” is left, and we will cease to exist as a sovereign nation.

And if you think that either McCain or Obama is going to do anything about this, you are sadly deceived.
